I had brought in my Honda Pilot as it had been having problems and Jaime was able to provide me with an accurate description of what needed to be done. He was very responsive to all my questions and was able to fix my vehicle in 2 days. He was very professional and courteous to me. He is definitely an asset to this Honda dealership.
