Good service but my wife's car was in a month earlier and got hit for $800. Rudolph wanted to get me for $2200 this time, 2 days before Christmas. My first time going to the Rudolph Honda dealership was an incredible experience, so whenever I got the opportunity to go back and do another car purchase with them. I was excited. I was thinking that it w an incredible experience, so whenever I got the opportunity to go back and do another car purchase with them. I was excited. I was thinking that it would be the same great customer service that I had initially experienced, but I was very wrong. My sales person Alan, was probably one of the worst salesman I’ve worked with in a very long time. He was rude at times was not very helpful or enthusiastic about his job. He did not listen to my needs or consider what I wanted, or work to convince me to want to purchase the vehicle I was looking into in fact it kind of seemed like he did not care what choice I made. While we are haggling and working out a deal, I was ready to give up because I was not getting very far as far as getting answers or someone who would work with me on what I needed. Whenever I decided to get up and leave, I asked if I could keep the paperwork with the quote on it and he snatched it out of my hands and said I wasn’t allowed to have it. Instead of saying what he was gonna do, he just walks away and gets his sales manager. The sales manager was the one that actually saved the deal, because I was ready to leave, and I was done working with my sales person. Even then I was not too happy to be shopping at the dealership. I will say that anytime I needed something done working with management was the only way that I actually got things done. I do also think that it’s incredibly difficult to get a hold of people on the phone at Rudolph Honda, the times that I’ve needed to get a hold of people there I have either been put on hold for a really long time or I have been transferred to their Mazda location Where their receptionist is very condescending. Overall, I do not think that I will be going back to this dealership after I’m done paying off my car I think I will be sticking with another dealership maybe not even Honda altogether. I will say that I did have pleasant interactions with the service department, whenever I went in they were very attentive and they understood what I needed with my busy schedule and did not hesitate to help me whenever I asked for help especially navigating around my sales person, Alan. I would not recommend this Honda location to anyone. I didn’t even get a loyalty discount. More
