I told him I was looking for a deal on a ford escape and found a few I liked. came in to look at a 17 model year escape that I thought I could afford and walked away with more than I expected for less than the used model. In September of 2017, I was looking for a car, not ready to buy, I called and talked to Devin, in December Devin called to see if I was ready. In February I received a call from Devin again. This time I was ready, but my credit wasn't. I told Devin, he said don't worry, that he would try several avenues to get me in a car. It took him 9 hours work (in between his other customers) one day and 3 hours the next. Devin in his job is very caring about his customers. He's persistent, goal driven, patient and kind. More

There was literally not one pressure tactic used throughout my entire experience here, not Devin, not the "numbers" guy, no one. I have bought and sold several new and used vehicles over the past several years, not once has any of those experiences even come close to how awesome my experience was at Royal Oak Ford with Devin. My entire deal was done over text and email. By the time I went to the dealership, for the first time, the truck was sitting at the front waiting for me. Couple signatures, and i was out the door.
