I told him when I met him that I was NOT looking to purchase that day because my business wasn't ready. He completely understood my position!! I didn't feel pressured into the sale and it was due to that no pressure attitude that I went back to Devin once I was ready for buy. Great Experience - 2018 Ford Edge SEL After trying to work with another local Ford dealership, I came to this website and researched Royal Oak Ford. I selected Steve Eby as my new car salesperson and I set up a meeting. It was like night vs day compared to the other local Ford dealer. Rainy Day Dedication! Very pleased with the dedication of my salesman Tom to get to the car and payment I was comfortable with turning in my Focus ST for a lease vehicle. Very pleased with the dedication of my salesman Tom to get to the car and payment I was comfortable with turning in my Focus ST for a lease vehicle. While I came in with an idea of what I wanted, we found it would have been in my best interest to switch from an Ecosport to an Escape. Coming from a Focus ST, Tom really was smart in suggesting the sport package to me to give me that same unique, sporty feel that I was coming from. Very impressed with his enthusiasm and motivation to have me check out these vehicles on a very wet and rainy day. With the payment I had in mind, we worked to find the options that would get us to that payment with leveraging my trade in and going to a lower mileage. Spent a bit longer than I wanted to at the dealership, but very happy with the outcome. More
