I wasn’t even there for five minutes and I was approached by a sales agent named Mike Cook from Royal Oak Ford. Whom seem to be very knowledgeable and friendly. I told him what kind of vehicle I wanted and what I had to spend on the price. He showed me two vehicles and I test drove both. The vehicle I wanted has some issues. Windshield chips and some body scratches. They installed a new windshield and took it to the body shop and all the scratches were removed. Royal oak Ford is A No BS operation. They are the real deal.
