I met with Jordan Robinson, my sales rep, several times to discuss the details and features I wanted in a new Mach-E Premium. Jordan was very knowledgeable about the Mach-E (EVs). Originally, I ordered a to discuss the details and features I wanted in a new Mach-E Premium. Jordan was very knowledgeable about the Mach-E (EVs). Originally, I ordered a Mach-E, however, later decided to switch to AWD and the extended battery. Throughout the process Jordan was very helpful, patient, and accommodating. He kept me updated and responded quickly when I had questions. In the end, he was able to find a Mach-E that 100% matched my requirements. In taking delivery, he was very helpful in setting up all the software apps in the Mach-E, including pairing my phone and setting up FordPass. If you are in the market for a Ford vehicle, I highly recommend stopping by Royal Oak Ford and talk to Jordan. I've had my Mach-E for a few weeks now and I couldn't be happier! More

I’ve had little contact with Royal Oak Ford since I’ve had little need. My Escape has been a good comfortable car. So far just one tire issue, an oil change and a recall handled. Purchasing the car was confusing at one point we were being shown a car, and another customer came over to let us know if she had just purchased that car. We did end up purchasing a car. When we arrived being shown a car, and another customer came over to let us know if she had just purchased that car. We did end up purchasing a car. When we arrived home with it, the same day the rear view camera stopped working. I contacted the dealership and they said they could look at it, but when I tried to set up an appointment they made excuses and eventually stopped responding to me. More
