ML kept trying to sell me a different vehicle....and then when he told me he found one that matched the criteria, I told him, "Yes, get it". The next morning he said it was gone and that I should find another dealership. I did and THEY found me my vehicle. Upon the new dealership trying to complete the RAV process, ML at Royal Oak ford interferred and declined the surrender of the vehicle with issues, stopping me from getting my reimbursement check! Szott Ford stepped in along with a member of the Ford RAV team and together they went above and beyond to try and fix the problem. Do NOT go to Royal Oak Ford. More
