I was told things such as "This is isn't a big deal" & "It happens all the time" The entire staff from the service department was dismissive and unconcerned. Devin even stopped returning my messages after I stated that I felt unsafe and wanted to know what my options were about getting a different vehicle. Please consider shopping at this dealer and with Ford in general. New vehicles should NOT be shutting off while you're driving 12 days after your purchase. More
