My last request was to your service department to remove the soft top as the airbags, dash and carpeting was still being soaked each time it rained. The response I received was that although the defective top, and Bronco, are under warranty thorough the dealership, they would remove the top to prevent further damage if I paid $440 for the time it would take to uninstall the top. Not sure I would call that great warranty support.

Responded at your request. Service department continues to work on fixing the defective top, as well as a defect in the drainage system they found in the Bronco itself. Does the lack of response regarding the sales department ignoring the fact that the top I received not being what was promised indicate you are not, in fact, interested in addressing the original complaint? It’s has been a week since you indicated that you were going to do something to address this and I have had no further response.

One week since you offered to address the original complaint. You have my contact information. Disappointed you continue to ignore my request to address the fact that an aftermarket top was delivered in place of a Ford top as your salesman demonstrated. Also disappointing that the aftermarket top was defective, though your service department has been helpful in at least trying to make the part I didn’t order function.
