The customer service in the service area is awful. The service manager is nasty and so are his employees,along with the cahsier in the service area. I have been up there numerous times for little things f service manager is nasty and so are his employees,along with the cahsier in the service area. I have been up there numerous times for little things for my fusiion,I did not buy the there,the car is a 2008 Fusion.I never had been given such an attitude in my life! I have seen them however treat women that are "skanky" looking a lot nicer than me.I am not ugly or anything but I don't dress like I just got home from the club.I now go to Dean Sellers Ford,much nicer and great customer service.Please stop giving these people the business. More

Everything went up in price when it came time to sign the papers and he even cut options out of the vehicle without telling me. He at first thought I wasn't going to make a purchase and was very rude. Terrib papers and he even cut options out of the vehicle without telling me.
