I bought a pre-owned 2020 Escape. Steve was an exceptional sales rep who walked me through the process with ease, especially when things with the insurance company got dicey. Unfortunately the financing they were able to get me had a pretty rough interest rate, so I will most likely work to refinance. However my experience with Royal Oak and with Steve was great. More
