My husband and I were GM owners for 30 years. We were in the market for a new tow vehicle and felt the F150 was superior to the GM/Chevy comparable. As Royal Oak homeowners we like to support RO businesses the market for a new tow vehicle and felt the F150 was superior to the GM/Chevy comparable. As Royal Oak homeowners we like to support RO businesses so we naturally went to RO Ford to look at vehicles. I will summarize by saying that the Manager, General Manager and Owner of this dealership really could care less about the customer satisfaction they brag about. We had an unfortunate experience with delivery of our new truck. The truck did not come in as ordered after waiting 5 weeks for delivery. Our option was to walk away from the sale, or re-order the vehicle less options that were no longer available. We had already sold our current tow vehicle. We were upset and disappointed that we were put into this situation. This was communicated to the salesman, sales manager and general manager. There was no attempt at service recovery whatsoever. We were treated disrespectfully by the salesman and the sales manager. The General Manager made not attempt to call us after communicating our concerns. I continued to call her until I reached her. She did sound sincere and sympathetic to our experience, but we never heard from her again. I followed up with a letter to the owner, who again did not attempt to call us. We were very disappointed in how we were treated after spending $40+k on a vehicle. We won't support this business for any reason in the future and neither will our family and friends. More

This was my first car I have ever bought new and lemme tell you I will never ever go anywhere else! Not only did they make me feel at home and welcome they brought the car up to the door when it was rainy tell you I will never ever go anywhere else! When Anthony was going over the car with me there was not one question that he could not answer for me. And if he didn't know the answer he would find out and make sure I was satisfied. Came to this dealership to buy a new Ford F150. I have. Z plan and this should be easy. There was one salesperson willing to help me when I cam ein and he seemed friendly enough. Than punk assistant sales manager named Stan Damer came over and directed me to older guy by front door that had ignored me when I came in. How odd! I came to find out the assistant manager apparently works for slave wages because he has no license and can't work elsewhere, he gets kick backs from this John Angelo guy for every sale. This is dispicable. When I insisted young gentleman finish with me as he had been kind both Stan and John make a scene. These people are nuts. Also noticed reviews here, tHere are 5 fake name review all together with impossible 5 star ratings... I hhave names because I left this lace with all of there cards in my hand with intention of calling Ford to report them. Avoid Stan Damer and this dump of a dealership at all costs. Try two ford stores in Troy or Holzer in Frmington, they had good inventory and were very professional! I bought from Holzer More
This is easily the worst dealership I have ever been to. I currently drive a Ford product and am interested in a getting a new vehicle as my lease is terminating soon. On my first two visits, I was basically ignored on 2 consecutive days by the same salesman. After walking out for a second time, a "customer care" representative called me back and tried to arrange a 3rd visit. I had an appointment at 6pm today. When I showed up, the salesman wasn't there. I patiently waited for 10min, when somebody informed me he was at another lot picking up a car and wouldn't be there for 15 more minutes. I decided that instead of waiting for 25min+ for the 3rd time, I'm done dealing with Royal Oak Ford. I leased my current vehicle from this location, but I will never set foot in this dealership again. This is a terrible way to treat customers. More
Our salesman, Tommy White, from the moment he encountered us outside the dealership. He spent over 2 hours with us the first day, set up test drive and allowed us to compare the sedan with the hatchback, wh us outside the dealership. He searched the online inventory, finding a car at another dealership that was already sold and finally telling us that we would have to order our car from the factory. Hid dedication to selling us a new Ford vehicle made us want to buy a car from him. We drove by a competing Ford dealership 3 miles away because when we walked in the door, no one seemed interested in our presence or in inquiring what our interests were. We would definitely purchase another car from Tommy White, and recommend him to our friends and family. More
