I recently purchased a vehicle from Dennis Gawronski at Royal Oak Ford and it was one of the smoothest, most enjoyable car buying experiences I have h I recently purchased a vehicle from Dennis Gawronski at Royal Oak Ford and it was one of the smoothest, most enjoyable car buying experiences I have had! Dennis is one of the most friendly and personable sales reps I have worked with, he always makes you feel welcomed and never makes you feel like there is any pressure to do anything other than your initial intention. I had an early lease turn-in which can often be difficult to put together where it makes sense financially, but, Dennis was able to work with the great team at Royal Oak Ford to get the car I wanted at less than my initial budget. Dennis also offered me a breakfast sandwich while I was there, which was appreciated as it was an early appointment and I had not eaten anything, a small but very nice touch that I did not anticipate. Dennis has also followed-up several times since my car purchase looking to ensure my satisfaction.
