There's much to be said about the great service. Upon the first meeting with Britney, she greeted me with a smile and a willingness to listen and help. I felt no pressure to make a purchase. Although nice an first meeting with Britney, she greeted me with a smile and a willingness to listen and help. I felt no pressure to make a purchase. Although nice another salesperson at a nearby dealership seemed overly anxious to make a sale evidenced by multiple contacts. When I did decide to use Royal, Britney was the same- smiling and willing to help and patiently presented the options and let me make the choice. She even went as far as helping me transfer my stuff from the old vehicle to the new one. Had she not been as friendly as she was I probably would not have used that dealership due to other employees' failure to greet the customer. Britney should be the training person for guest relations . Mr. Steve was just as kind and was very careful to explain the processing of the financial portion. More

I went in for a recall on the hood latch in my Altima and got the free oil / filter change for the inconvenience which is nice. They were quick to get my car to the back and they were all as nice as can be. got the free oil / filter change for the inconvenience which is nice. An hour and 15 minutes later they get back to me after an "inspection" saying my brake pads were measured at 3MM for each pad which is usually a good time to change them out. They wanted me to pay $400 + fees and taxes to replace all brake pads and spin the rotors. So I go home knowing that I changed my brake pads myself about 5 months ago for about $80-90 and I measured them carefully at 8MM for each pad. So they straight up lied to me about the measurement or they just didn't even inspect my car to begin with. I'm 21 years old but I do look younger so I guess they thought I was gullible enough to waste $450+ for a "critical concern" brake job. Cracks me up hahaa. BE CAREFUL young ones and learn your cars I beg you. note: I hate dogging on businesses like this... but when it comes to MY bank account, absolutely not. More
