Car deal was done 3/26/25 while I was out of town. Pick up vehicle on 4/11/25. I contacted Mr Quentin an Awesome Finance manager to assist me with another temp tag because the tag on my car was expiring and that I had not received my registration or plates for my vehicle. Mr Quentin reach out to title person and that person took almost a week to reply. He said it was next to get done and this was in May. I was issued another temp tag. Then Mr Quentin reach out to me and said the title person needed my license and insurance information again. Even though all this information was taken from me and April 11th and it was sent to title person the same day so I sent it again and then a 3rd time. Well I reach back out to Quentin on June 24th and he reach out to title person again and was told my paperwork was just sent out the first week of June. My question was why did it take so long to go out when the sale on the car was done in March and all documents were signed and completed April 11 for it to be registered. Mr Quentin could not answer that question and he said he would ask . Title person said REG USA submitted my paperwork June 13th and waiting for it to get processed and it usually take 2-3 weeks. The.Well on Wednesday July 16, 2025 I reach back out to Quentin and was told he was fired and he doesn’t even know why. So now I’m frustrated I reach to Me Tammy my salesperson and ask if she can see was going on with registration of my vehicle and that my temp tag is expiring soon. Ms Tammy was she told they waiting on Texas. I live in Texas and they have no record of no paperwork sent in for registration on my vehicle and if they did receive it it take 3 days to get registration done and they contact the vehicle owner to let them know paperwork was received and for the owner to come sign paperwork and issue registration and plates to the owner. Today is July 18th I went to vehicle registration office again and there is still no paperwork for registration on my vehicle and my temp tag expires on Sunday 7/20/25. I still have no registration or plates for my car. So I had to pay out my pocket $30 for a 30 Temporary Registration plate for my until I get my original registration and plates for my car. So on 8/17/2025 the Temp Registration Plates and if I still don’t have my registration I have to pay another $30 for another plate. I’m frustrated because I should not have to come out my pocket for nothing dealing with registration on a 2025 Nissan Kicks. I just need someone to make me understand why did the title person wait 2 months after I pick up the vehicle to send paperwork for registration on new vehicle. Someone please make me understand this.

This is a great dealership. Would not go anywhere else. Stacey is the best salesman.
Sherrie Bourgeois in the service department was so helpful and patient with me this morning at my oil change appointment this morning! She had my car in and out in no time, gave me an explanation of what services needed to be done. She was nice, polite and beyond helpful!
Great experience purchasing my truck at Royal Nissan. My salesperson, Brittney Wimer, was very nice and worked really hard to get me the deal I wanted. The finance guy that handled my purchase was very nice also. No pressure at all to buy the truck. Highly recommend this dealership.
