recently bought a 2023 kicker (love it ). my salesman was sam penton. he was very knowledgeable and explained all the features . the thing i like the most was he was not a fake pushy salesman my salesman was sam penton. he was very knowledgeable and explained all the features . the thing i like the most was he was not a fake pushy salesman , very genuine and listened to my wants and needs . next chris conrad in finance . again so knowledgeable ! I went in with preapproved letter from my credit union and he beat their rate ! he explained the extended warranty in simple easy to understand terms . lastly i was very pleased with the offer for my trade in . highly recommend royal nissan and the 2 above employees . extremely satisfied with my experience!! A few days ago, I purchased a certified previously owned Nissan Rogue. Before I contacted the dealership in person, I did extensive research on the vehicle, what it should cost and the expected trade in val Nissan Rogue. Before I contacted the dealership in person, I did extensive research on the vehicle, what it should cost and the expected trade in value of my vehicle. Once I located the vehicle I was seriously interested in, I contacted the dealership online and went to Royal Nissan the next day. Sales Consultant Sam Penton was very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. He had my vehicle appraised and came back with the exact number I had researched online that it should be worth. He, together with Finance Manager Chris Conrad were very professional in closing the deal and I was satisfied and I believe they were also. I must say, this was my first encounter with Royal Nissan but it won’t be my last. The customer service attitude of the all the staff I encountered were very accommodating and friendly. Good job, Royal Nissan! More

They refused to exchange a battery that was under warranty stating the vehicle must be present. They charge you installation fee$49.97 and half the cost of the battery while it's under warranty.(Bas warranty stating the vehicle must be present. They charge you installation fee$49.97 and half the cost of the battery while it's under warranty.(Basically buying another battery!) Parts manager was no help, I asked for documentation of the policy, he had none, also no rational explanation for why I need to bring a vehicle that does not start to the dealership to have the battery replace,he did not test battery either. I guess I have to pay a tow truck to bring it there. More
