Sold me I car I didn't want I went into royal nisson to consign for a friend. We both signed paperwork. He moved to Texas he made his payments all was fine until I had to go get I went into royal nisson to consign for a friend. We both signed paperwork. He moved to Texas he made his payments all was fine until I had to go get the car and looked at the paperwork in the glovebox. His name is nowhere on it. They sold me a car as the buyer. I have a corolla I make payments on already. I gave him back the car now he can't register it in Texas or get insurance on it because it's in my name. Lynette the sales person and the finance manager have all been fired. We have been back to royal to see if they could add him on the paperwork so he could get credit or register it. The didn't do a thing but showed me the paperwork with only my signature although there are deleted pages they can't provide or the loan application. Which with my income I would never have qualified. So it's my word against theirs. All they said was I was liable weither I was the buyer or cosigner. More
