I appreciate the time and effort that Royal Moore takes to make sure the work on my car is done properly, and to help me understand my options. Caroline was awesome at working my highlander issue in between other cars, even without my having an appointment. Definitely a friendly and familial feel at their service department. I would not want to publicly recommend to anyone because then they will get way to busy and the secret will be out LOL More

I’m one who is very, very hesitant to ever trust dealerships for so many obvious reasons, but I needed help after a very disappointing exp questions.
