Everything went as expected from a Toyota dealer. Service was quick and properly explained. One issue was the glovebox door was not put properly in place after the cabin air filter check. Fortunately Service was quick and properly explained. One issue was the glovebox door was not put properly in place after the cabin air filter check. Alex was double-checked the services I needed and identified some that didn’t need to be done, saving me money. He was very personable and checked up on me several times. I do wish the person who arranged my service when I called knew what I meant when I asked for 120000 mile service, or would have referred me to someone who was instead of signing me up for reg length service. That would have allowed me and the department to plan better. More
Kadin Harrison is the most kind, gracious and helpful employee I’ve encountered since I purchased my Toyota Hybrid in 2013. I’m 71 years old and there was NO water available and few snacks.
