Dear Customer, We'd love to discuss your concerns if you could give Ben Norris (Service Manager) or David Denney (GSM) a call. Unfortunately, this is a nationwide shortage from Toyota Motor Company and under no control from Royal Moore Toyota. Toyota made the decision to continue producing vehicles during the chip shortage by only providing one key on most models. We are constantly trying our best to get every customer the 2nd key they deserve, but we're at the mercy of Toyota Motor Company. We are struggling through this and can definitely understand your frustration and share it with you.
