Warranty work necessitated taking my truck to the dealership and royal moore in Hillsboro really took care of me well. It was supposed to be a 6 hour job but ended up taking a few days. The child saf dealership and royal moore in Hillsboro really took care of me well. It was supposed to be a 6 hour job but ended up taking a few days. The child safety seat locks needed to be re welded and the dealership had to send it somewhere else. Mike at the service department was able to get me an awesome loaner vehicle in the process, and it cost me nothing. They understood I needed my truck back ASAP for work and got it done in a timely manner. They answered any questions I had and made sure everything was covered under the warranty, I did not pay a dime. I will continue to use Royal Moore Hillsboro for my service needs. Thanks guys More

Isaac did an excellent job answering questions we had about the sienna and it's features. He offered us the used sienna they had on hand (we declined) and kept us informed about each scheduled allocation about the sienna and it's features. While we did end up buying a car from another dealer who was allocated sooner, we would rather have purchased from Isaac and Royal Moore. In fact, despite getting a sienna, we are keeping in contact with Isaac in case a higher Trim comes available for us to do a trade-in. More

We got 2022 Toyota RAV4 hybrid from Royal Moore Toyota. Due to supply issue it was quite a waiting time to get our preferred trim and specifications.
