Ryker is a gracious young man. I never felt any pressure despite the fact that our negotiations were lengthy and at times, intense. He was engaging on my lengthy test drive and accommodated my requests to view other trim levels of the same model. Ray was equally good to deal with: straight forward, honest, helpful.
