David took excellent care of me in getting my periodic service and some needed maintenance performed on my Sierra in a timely fashion. When it came time for payment, Susan walked me through how to use my service and some needed maintenance performed on my Sierra in a timely fashion. They really assisted me when I needed a loaner and have done everything possible to make sure that I c Susan and Grace are very helpful and friendly. Grace even had to use a hand held computer to figure out my bill because the computer would not take or process the appropriate discount. David Rupp has been great as a service consultant. He has kept me informed about the status of the work when I had a problem with the vehicle and has explained the difficulties encountered in repairing the vehicle. More
