I have never written a review for anything before but the excellent customer service of Tristan and the manager Dan needs to be mentioned. I worked with Tristan about a week to find a SUV for myself. Not once in the entire process did I feel any sort of pressure to buy. We had been to about five other dealerships in Tucson and had only experienced this level of customer service at Royal GMC with Tristan. He listened and never tried to up sell when he knew my comfort zone. Thank you TREMENDOUSLY to both Tristan and Dan. Highly Recommend Service Department Was so very thankful that the service department was still open during this Pandemic. Excellent Customer Service I purchased my vehicle 3 years ago and have never had a bad experience with any of the folks that work here. I look forward to seeing Susan when I go in for oil changes as she ALWAYS has a smile on her face and is a delight to talk to. I am sad that she will be retiring in a few months and I will no longer get to see her but so happy for her. Evan is another great employee who is friendly, polite and answers all your questions.
