Got a little upsell pressure from Evan as expected but i only bought what I deemed necessary. Got a nice senior citizen discount from Susan at checkout delivered with a warm friendly attitude. Dropped off the second vehicle for a 100k mile check up and service, again the upsell and I took advantage of those recommendations I thought essential, no high pressure just valued recommendations. This repair sequence again took two days, everything appears satisfactory except they didn't wash my windshield, bummer! Susan again delivered a pleasant checkout experience and I left with a warm feeling about Royal Buick. More
