I was a first time car buyer and Christian Heredia helped me out. He really listened to the type of vehicle that I wanted. I ended up purchasing a 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan. Chris helped me every step of the way from the test drive to the actual paperwork. He was very knowledgeable of how the whole car buying process works, and I felt comfortable with him as a first time car buyer. I did not feel pressured or nervous!
