Not the highest nor the lowest for that make and model, but in between. 2: I like the fact that the salespeople are salaried, not on commission - it takes all the pressure out of the transaction. 3: Royal doesn't load the deal with what are called "nonsense fees" - fees like "Lifetime tinted glass" ($698), VTR ($287) or double dipping (registration Fee $617 AND License Fee $563) that some other Olds dealers in Tucson charge, not to mention "Nitrogen" for the tires ($299). If you watch the "How to buy a car" videos on Youtube, they are unanimous in calling this deceptive and a waste. Royal does not do it. 4: While it doesn't hurt to have a high credit score and a significant down payment, the financing was reasonable and quick. Royal did a single hard pull of my credit and their bank did another. My credit wasn't shotgunned around generating a LOT of inquiries. 5: Our salesperson was Aaron Collins. He was polite, respectful and efficient, making sure we got all the incentives and credits we were eligible for. He saw to it that every possible bump in the process was taken care of. This is not the first car we have purchased from Royal, and our experience was of the same high caliber both times. More

Car is great, service was poor. Despite having an appointment upon our arrival we were handed off with very poor coordination to another sales person. Two and a half months after buying the car and we're still waiting for these two problems to be resolved. More
