I just purchased a new GMC Sierra 2500HD from Royal. I decided to go to Royal based on my experiences with Mike in the service department, he was always straightforward and honest with me on the needs for decided to go to Royal based on my experiences with Mike in the service department, he was always straightforward and honest with me on the needs for my old truck, no BS. I worked with Amanda on buying the new truck, I had to order one because of the very limited supply from GMC. She was very helpful with what to get and all the various options. Once the truck was ordered she checked on the progress regularly and kept me informed. There were a couple of things that GM left out and she tracked those down and got them installed. Overall very good experience on buying the truck. Thanks Amanda. More

Edwin replied to an online request I filled out. He was evasive in answering any of my questions about an OTD price on a vehicle. He then scheduled an appointment for us on a Saturday morning to test drive a vehicle. When we arrived that morning after a 1.5 HOUR long drive from out of town, he could NOT find the vehicle. Turns out it was sold BEFORE he even scheduled the appointment. TERRIBLE customer service. *frown* More
