Took my mom’s car in. Told me it was fixed. Wasn’t. Had to tow it back. Said they fixed it again. Module dragging on ground. Leaking fluid. Said he would pay for the tow. Told me it was fixed. Stay away from this dealership! ! They will rub you blind!!!! They have sold me a broken, damaged brand new 2024 escalade (or it was used one??) Front right end is splitting, no edg ! They will rub you blind!!!! They have sold me a broken, damaged brand new 2024 escalade (or it was used one??) Front right end is splitting, no edge protection on doors, they have cheated me on the plate and license fees, the left side of the vehicle's paint is fading (perhaps they sold me a used vehicle?) and now water is leaking through the windshield.... Horrible dishonest dealership!! poor, disorganized mgmt...clueless, inexperience and terrible "salesman" (Mullen) This place is a D I S A S T E R !!! More

We had an alignment done on our 2018 GMC Canyon. Two months later i notice the outside right tire is nearly bald! I had it checked at another dealer as I was out of town. The alignment was way out a Two months later i notice the outside right tire is nearly bald! I had it checked at another dealer as I was out of town. The alignment was way out and the left tire was "cupping" requiring it to also be replaced. The alignment and two tires cost me nearly $1,000. I asked RBG of Tucson about this and did not even get a response. Very disappointed! More
