Amanda Hayes is AMAZING! I stopped into Royal GMC on a whim after work Monday to look at a truck because I was considering trading in my 2020 Dodge Journey. When I arrived and met Amanda, I had learned th whim after work Monday to look at a truck because I was considering trading in my 2020 Dodge Journey. When I arrived and met Amanda, I had learned that the truck in question was actually “in process” with another customer, I was disappointed for sure because I’ve always wanted a truck, however when Amanda and I sat down, I told her what features I really wanted in the new vehicle. She showed me the GMC Terrain SLE, and I fell in love with the color …. Cayenne Red! Because of how fast time flew by, I was unable to get a decision back from the lenders that night, but Amanda came thru and let me take it home for the night. Tuesday after work I went back to Royal GMC, praying that everything would work in my favor and the payments would be within my budget, and Amanda knew what that was. With her determination and hard work, they were able to get me Approved AND my payments are less than what I told her I could do! I am so glad I stopped in on a whim and got “Belle! Thanks Amanda, you rock!!! More

Thanks to Justin, Derek, Scott and the entire Royal Team for working to go above and beyond on our first car purchase in 15 years. The team was able to secure an amazing interest rate, below our expectation for working to go above and beyond on our first car purchase in 15 years. The team was able to secure an amazing interest rate, below our expectations. More importantly, during our pre-delivery inspection they pointed out a few imperfections we had not noticed during our evening test drive, and made arrangements to immediately make things right. Finally, when we entered the car to go over features and pair phones, Justin answered all questions clearly and completely, and surprised us with a bouquet of Roses to celebrate our anniversary.
