I spoke with Scott several times over a period of about 3 days regarding our situation and the need to get back into a practical family vehicle. Scott worked diligently to find the right deal for us and responded quickly to all my calls and texts. Even on his time off. After several options, test drives, pictures, texts and phone calls. Scott performed a financing miracle for us and got us into a loan and agreement that is better than we had with the other car. We absolutely love our new 2022 Terrain and are extremely happy with the loan and protection we have on our new vehicle. I spent most of the day with Scott and we got to know each other a lot. I found Scott to be a very honest and genuine person who genuinely cares about the quality of his work and the folks that sit down to work with him. He even made sure that my wife was included and aware of every detail of the purchase along the way while she was at work. We drove the car to my wifes work so she could see it for herself and test it out. It is his attention to details and going the extra mile that really makes you feel like you got the best customer service there is, and we certainly did with Scott. He even installed my daughters car seat for me in the new vehicle and switched plates so i could finish other things and pick up my family on time. He is not your average or typical car salesman. Amanda was fantastic. We stopped in one day on a whim, she showed us the XT4, 5, and 6 so we could compare sizes and features. Then she sent us info on all of them for us to explore further. We later sent her a message about what was available on the lot and we made an appt to look at one. Several days later we drove home in our new XT5 and couldn't be happier. This truly was a no pressure, no haggle sale. The whole dealership is great, and I love how the salesperson is also the finance person so we didn't feel like a number being moved down the assembly line and having to wait forever, like you do in nearly every other car dealership. Amanda Hayes is AMAZING! I stopped into Royal GMC on a whim after work Monday to look at a truck because I was considering trading in my 2020 Dodge Journey. When I arrived and met Amanda, I had learned that the truck in question was actually “in process” with another customer, I was disappointed for sure because I’ve always wanted a truck, however when Amanda and I sat down, I told her what features I really wanted in the new vehicle. She showed me the GMC Terrain SLE, and I fell in love with the color …. Cayenne Red! Because of how fast time flew by, I was unable to get a decision back from the lenders that night, but Amanda came thru and let me take it home for the night. Tuesday after work I went back to Royal GMC, praying that everything would work in my favor and the payments would be within my budget, and Amanda knew what that was. With her determination and hard work, they were able to get me Approved AND my payments are less than what I told her I could do! I am so glad I stopped in on a whim and got “Belle!
