The day our car arrived, she added a special touch with flowers sitting in the passengers seat. ‘Tiles’ to attach to key fobs so they are easily findable. Buying out of state can be scary, or hard to do from afar sight unseen, but the car was everything I imagined and more. I stumbled upon this car online & was so lucky that Karelly & Royal Buick GMC Tucson were the crème of the crop taking care of every need & great prices selling at almost msrp. Our Sales Person Christian Casanova demonstrated amazing customer service to us. From the moment we walked in to the dealership just to browse and figure out what type of an Encore we wanted, he was beyond customer service to us. From the moment we walked in to the dealership just to browse and figure out what type of an Encore we wanted, he was beyond helpful. He took us on a test drive-showed us several cars and when we didn't find what we needed, he kept an eye out for cars coming in. He gave us his contact info so that we could ask questions and always responded right away. Once we found the car that we wanted online-we did the entire transaction via calls, texts and online since we live 90 mins from the dealership. He was never pushy or aggressive but always very kind. Once we came in to pick up our car, it only took him 15 mins to get us out of the dealership and on our way with our new car. Even after our purchase he continues to be very responsive when we reach out to him regarding a question about our new 2022 Enconre GX Essence. We hightly recommend Chrisitan Casanova from Tucson Royal Buick GMC to be your Sales Person-he will treat you with kindess and respect. 5 Stars Highly Recommend! More
