While dealing with 2 medical crisis with family members the transmission of our 10 year old GMC Acadia went out. Length of time in the shop unknown, creating a hardship of reaching the family members in m the transmission of our 10 year old GMC Acadia went out. This is our third consecutive vehicle purchase with Royal of Tucson. Your sales people in our experiences have been great, we have been using the same Service Advisor with success and will continue. Not a new problem. We (and others) have been passed off unsuccessfully during times of need. Phoned once to Buick/GMC and was transferred to the Cadillac desk, which was not being staffed..
