Let me tell you, Amanda made our experience a memory we will cherish forever! She listened to us and with her knowledge and thoughtful personality it took no time at all for me to find my dream car. I am PICKY so this was impressive. Not once did I feel pressured, we looked at 3 cars and she could tell when I didn’t love the first two. She didn’t hesitate to move to her next plan. She was patient with us, transparent, knowledgeable, efficient, and fun to work with. I love that we worked with Amanda from start to finish. We didn’t have to transfer to another member for the finance step!! She is truly a gem to work with and so trustworthy. We will forever buy our vehicles from Amanda and no one else!!! More
I picked up a new Escalade which I ordered with the support of Chance Lamey, one of Royal Caddilac’s sales consultant. Throughout the process beginning with placing the order through the completion of all necessary paperwork and payment Chance demonstrated exceptional professionalism, a calm and cordial interface and an outstanding knowledge of the vehicle as well as the processes involved in ordering the vehicle and a high degree of proficiency with the various computer interfaces necessary to execute the ordering and purchase. He answered any and all questions demonstrating excellent knowledge regarding any and all aspects of vehicle options and processes and procedures. He carefully and energetically made the process move along thoroughly and with a demonstrated focus on valuing my time while not rushing. I could not be more pleased nor satisfied with Chance and of course the new vehicle. Chance took the initiative to request vehicle information and photos to expedite the vehicle evaluation process prior to my arrival at Royal. He also carefully explained the various warranty options being offered with out and undue pressure but with thoroughness. All in all, a great experience by a very capable and talented young professional. More

I took my 2020 GMC AT4 to this dealership on May 3 for a couple of warranty items. One was a whistling or chirping sound that comes from the motor. It happens every time the vehicle is started and sporadica couple of warranty items. One was a whistling or chirping sound that comes from the motor. It happens every time the vehicle is started and sporadically when it is being driven. The noise is very annoying and sounds like a fan belt slipping but at a higher pitch. My service person is Jay. After a couple of days Jay says that the noise is coming from the GM installed cold air intake. Since the vehicle is still under the bumper-to-bumper and the drivetrain warranty, I request that the intake be either replaced or repaired so that the noise goes away. They acknowledge that the noise is there but refuse to fix it because a new GM intake "will eventually make the same noise." Jay gives me the number to GM Customer Service. The Customer Service person spends a couple of weeks telling me they will fix the intake problem as soon as she can contact the service person. After pushing a little harder following two weeks of no results, she basically parroted the works of Jay the service person. After another week or so she said her supervisor would call. Still have not heard back after about 5 weeks. Called Customer Service again on June 5 and they assigned me a new case. Was supposed to hear back on June 7 but I didn't. I called again June 8 and left a message. Heard nothing. Called on June 9 and notes on the new case say she called and left message on June 8. She didn't. Left another message June 9. Still waiting for a call. More
