If you are in the market to buy a car, Derek Deckens is your man. We put in a request for the vehicle we wanted to buy and Derek called us immediately and sent us several cars that we could look at before your man. That next day he set up our appointment and we test drove two cars. Derek is extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles on the lot, he was friendly, honest and professional. He answered all of our questions and put whatever fears we had to rest. He was able to streamline the purchase process, which made for an extremely easy experience. Even with a last minute hiccup, which was not his fault, he expeditiously resolved the problem and made it right for us. I would definitely recommend and buy from Derek again. More
