I purchased a 2008 Buick Lucerne from the Royal Speedway location last year and the service and experience was great. I decided to look for another car this year and wanted a Cadillac so I spent several we location last year and the service and experience was great. I decided to look for another car this year and wanted a Cadillac so I spent several weeks, searching internet sites. Of the Cadillac dealers in Arizona, Royal's website was more helpful to me than the others and their pricing was superior as well. The sales associate I worked with for this purchase (Saber Farmaoui) was highly knowledgeable regarding the vehicle and extremely couteous and professional. I am thoroughly sold on General Motors products and will plan to make all future purchases at a Royal Automotive Group dealership. More

My experience with Boyal Buick was great. On June 22,2011 I received an estimate from Chad Drury, of Royal Buick at the Auto Mall store, to replace the driver's side rear-view mirror on my 2006 Buick LaCrosse. The estimate was $415.00. I believe of Royal Buick at the Auto Mall store, to replace the driver's side rear-view mirror on my 2006 Buick LaCrosse. The estimate was $415.00. I believe this was excessive. I went online and ordered the mirror from "Discount Auto Parts" for $50.63 which included shipping. I had it painted and installed by J&V Auto Body here in Tucson for $100.00. They did it in less than one day and were very professional and friendly. It looks and works like the original. I think that Royal Buick gave me the "Unaccompanied Female Price." I do not recommend Royal Buick to single or unaccompanied females. More

Friendly staff. Seemingly fair price for work done. No bull!! Facility clean and manned with personnel that make you feel good about quality of work you will receive, kudo's to Mike Van Erem. Seat sensor bull!! Facility clean and manned with personnel that make you feel good about quality of work you will receive, kudo's to Mike Van Erem. Seat sensor for passenger air bag needs to arm at weights over 80 lbs. My wife is 102 lbs and the air bag will not arm, even without the added seat cushion. She gets in, I start the vehicle and reach over and push down on her legs and the added force arms the air bag. The present 100 lb weight sensor is unsatisfactory and should be a safety factor to be considered by GM for replacement with another more sensitive one. Probably 40% of adult females are in the 100-120 weight range and it is unsafe to ride around with the air bag unarmed. More
