After doing all of the required paperwork, Mia was there to explain everything to me and she smoothly, and very pleasantly, completed everything that was required. We were also given a very good trade-in value for my 2004 F150, thus making the bottom line very acceptable indeed. In about 3 hours everything was done and I drove home in my beautiful new Enclave. I am very pleased with it. I have since received calls from Saber and Mia, checking to be sure I am satisfied with my purchase. I did bring it back early this week to check a strange noise, and was helped by Jerry in the service department. He quickly determined what it was, assured me that it was not something untoward and promised to check with the factory to see if it could be muted so as not to annoy me. He will get back to me next week with what he learns. I would strongly recommend your dealership to anyone who asks. This is the first time I have made a vehicle purchase without my husband and it was an extremely pleasant experience all around. Thank you to all you staff. More
I purchased a 2008 Buick Lucerne from the Royal Speedway location last year and the service and experience was great. I decided to look for another car this year and wanted a Cadillac so I spent several we location last year and the service and experience was great. I decided to look for another car this year and wanted a Cadillac so I spent several weeks, searching internet sites. Of the Cadillac dealers in Arizona, Royal's website was more helpful to me than the others and their pricing was superior as well. The sales associate I worked with for this purchase (Saber Farmaoui) was highly knowledgeable regarding the vehicle and extremely couteous and professional. I am thoroughly sold on General Motors products and will plan to make all future purchases at a Royal Automotive Group dealership. More

On June 22,2011 I received an estimate from Chad Drury, of Royal Buick at the Auto Mall store, to replace the driver's side rear-view mirror on my 2006 Buick LaCrosse. The estimate was $415.00. I believe of Royal Buick at the Auto Mall store, to replace the driver's side rear-view mirror on my 2006 Buick LaCrosse. The estimate was $415.00. I believe this was excessive. I went online and ordered the mirror from "Discount Auto Parts" for $50.63 which included shipping. I had it painted and installed by J&V Auto Body here in Tucson for $100.00. They did it in less than one day and were very professional and friendly. It looks and works like the original. I think that Royal Buick gave me the "Unaccompanied Female Price." I do not recommend Royal Buick to single or unaccompanied females. More
