I visited multiple dealerships in one day and was so exausted but I found what I liked at Royal. I chose to go home and come back on my next day off and they continued to not pressure me but let me know my options and keep me informed of what they had set up for me in terms of finance (a much better deal than thru my credit union). Robert also helped with the process that day and upon my return was able to help complete the sale. Rick finance manager made a painful process seem pretty smooth (the hand over the money and sign your life away part) Everything was explained thoroughly,courteously and all were very knowledgable regarding their specialty. I'M SO PLEASED with my purchase of my vehicle and I'm so glad I got it at Royal. Robert was kind enough to explain how the belts and whistles work in the vehicle and I also received ROSES. Robert was also kind enough to introduce me to Heidi in service to let me know of I have any questions or conserns to feel free to call, I will also set up an appointment for a service I purchased. For buying a car it was a pretty good experience, I highly recommend buying at Royal they really make you feel comfortable LIKE FAMILY. More
We will never take our car to any other dealership. Our car was giving us all kinds of warnings. We took it to another dealership who wanted more money just to look at it and our money would not apply towa car was giving us all kinds of warnings. We took it to another dealership who wanted more money just to look at it and our money would not apply towards repairs, then the car wouldn't start and they wanted 45 just to check the battery. We took it here and they fixed it at a price that was cheaper than expected and they also took the time to do the recall repair. We was also going to get a sysnthetic oil change but then told them never mind,,the mechanic did it anyway and we did not have to pay for it, since we had made the request. They also washed our car as a courtesy. Everytime we have gone here, we have always been treated with courtesy and respect,,no bs from these people. The loaner car was very nice also. This is now our dealership for all our car needs. More

It was an unexpected pleasure leasing a vehicle from Royal Buick at the auto mall. I wasn't pounced upon by a salesman the minute I drove onto the lot. My husband I were undecided between a Buick Enclave and either Cadillac CTS or SRX. On Saturday, September 22, 2012, we drove 2 hours to your dealership to get the perspective and advice from a salesperson either Cadillac CTS or SRX. On Saturday, September 22, 2012, we drove 2 hours to your dealership to get the perspective and advice from a salesperson. We entered the Royal car lot in the Automall and a salesperson came out to greet us. I believe his name was Mike, but not sure, a gentleman 50-60 years old. We test drove the Enclave around the block and when we returned to the lot our salesperson went inside and didn't come back out until we started looking closely at a CTS. Two salespeople came out during this time to ask us if we needed help. We thought we were working with someone so we declined their assistance. Eventually our sales rep came out and he let us test drive the CTS around the block. We asked about the 0% financing and he only said we had to qualify. We had questions about the SRX when we returned to the lot and he told us, "You're going to have to make up your mind about what kind of car you want. We can't test drive cars all day." We were shocked! Our sales rep didn't know about any of the features of any of these three vehicles, and he didn't want to find out answers to our questions. We left the lot and went to the Lexus dealership where we were greeted with a courteous and knowledgeable sales rep. I hope the salesman that was on the lot that day has decided to move on because he didn't represent your business very well. The next weekend we were in Phoenix and bought a 2012 SRX from Coulter Cadillac. The treatment we received at Coulter was outstanding. More
I was plesed to get an appointment the next day. Problem with clock. Estimated two hour wait. After one hour Mike told me the radio had to be replaced and that I would be given a loaner and that the car w with clock. Estimated two hour wait. Pleasant surprise, since when we bought the car Jim told us they didn't offer loaners. That was a disappointment since Lexus (our previous car) did. I am moving to Oro Valley and drove from Renton Washington where we had just sold our house to see the house we had just bought. During the drive the windshield developed a crack from the passenger side to just beyond the middle of the windshield. Our car was leased from the Cadillac dealer in Bellevue Washington and since I needed to find a dealer in the Tucson area, Royal was the obvious Choice. I was lucky to get Chad Drury as my Service Advisor as he provided the kind of service that mdst people only dream about. He took over and got the OK to replace my windshield, ordered the windshield (which came in early) and replaced it in time for our trip back to Renton Washington so we could complete our move down to our new house in Arizona.
