Great Experience I highly recommend Royal Buick GMC Cadillac and particular Katrina Heredia. Last year we purchased one vehicle working with Katrina and were very impr I highly recommend Royal Buick GMC Cadillac and particular Katrina Heredia. Last year we purchased one vehicle working with Katrina and were very impressed with her vehicle knowledge, follow through and low pressure approach. We found her to be both very personable and trustworthy. Therefore, when it came time to change out our second vehicle we immediately contacted Katrina for her help. As expected she was responsive and helpful, as was the sales manager, Mike Sitzman. Both did everything possible to find us the right vehicle at the right price, but much to our regret, the Buick, GMC line up did not contain a vehicle that met all our criteria and so we eventually selected a different make and model than we had been considering at Royal. We are satisfied with our new vehicle but in our opinion the overall transaction experience in no way matched that of our previous purchase with Royal and Katrina. So when it comes time for the next vehicle I hope that we can do business again with her. She is truly a delight to work with and I recommend her without reservation. More

It was EASY. I came in by myself just to get a feel of what I was thinking about buying was what in fact the vehicle that both my wife and I would want. That cho I came in by myself just to get a feel of what I was thinking about buying was what in fact the vehicle that both my wife and I would want. That choice as it turned out would not have satisfied my wife. At that moment, Kim suggested that maybe I look at a certified used Cadillac SRX. Color was right, the one option that my wife wanted was there and Kim said "take it home let her see it." I did, and in about an hour we were back with the titles and the two vehicles that we wanted to trade.
