New Cadillac XT5 Purchase Although we have a sports car that we’ll “keep forever” we typically purchase a new family car every 10 years. So, this year, when it was time for a new car we conducted a significant research effort on features, options, and pricing in our zip code, as well as extended warranties. With our research notes and pricing data in hand we started test driving our target vehicles. Our list was long and we drove other vehicles but after driving the Cadillac SRX and the 2017 XT5 we stopped our test drives for two reasons. First, we loved the XT5 – it was the right vehicle for us to own for a long time. Second, and very importantly, we could tell that working with Royal Automotive was going to be a good fit for us for several reasons: 1) PRICE. Once we defined the specific vehicle we wanted in terms of trim level and options, Royal Automotive beat the price expectation we had that was based detailed research. 2) AFTER SALE OPTIONS. Because we own our vehicles for 10 years we like the notion of extended warranties and got a price quote from Royal. We then obtained pricing from AAA and USAA for their extended warranties. Neither of these respected and very reliable providers could beat the coverage and price. We also purchased the Surface Science finish protectant which protects and keeps the finish like new for eight years without wax. After eight years it is applied again at no cost. 3) PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS. People are important. The wrong staff at a dealership can lose a sale even when the car is right. Every individual we dealt with at Royal was helpful, accommodating, respectful and easy to work with. Our sales person, Derek Deckens, even drove an XT5 to our house so we could do a test fit in our garage before committing to ordering one. These personal touches matter to us. This was a good experience for us and we look forward to a long relationship with Royal Automotive. More

First time car buyer-Loved the experience I have to start off by saying what an amazing person Rachel is. I originally had a '08 Toyota Corolla and to be honest there wasn't anything really wr I have to start off by saying what an amazing person Rachel is. I originally had a '08 Toyota Corolla and to be honest there wasn't anything really wrong with it and I wasn't even in the market for a car. So, one day I was looking online on the Royal inventory (just for fun) and found the car I wanted. At first I wasn't sure if I really wanted it, but then I sat down in the driver’s seat and fell in love. Rachel was so sweet and really thorough about all the features and specs on the Corolla, though I was still unsure if it was something I truly wanted. Rachel kept in constant contact with me and told me if I had any questions at all, to call her. She really did care about me and wanted to make it known that she was there for me if I needed anything at all. To be honest it was a very big move for me, since this was the first time buying a car at 24 years old. I wanted to make sure I had all the variables and ducks in a row. The next day I decided to go ahead and buy the car. Plus it had everything I could ever want and besides it was a newer version of my old car and I loved it! Rachel was so patient, kind, knowledgeable and hands down would recommend her to others who might be in the market for a car. Not to mention it was painless and not as scary as I thought it would be. Rachel made me feel so comfortable during the process that my nerves went away. Rachel is amazing and an all-around wonderful person & Sales Consultant. To conclude, if I had to do the whole process again, I would, especially with Rachel. I couldn't be happier with my Corolla!!! More
