He listened to our needs, didn't try to pressure us into something we didn't want and was thorough in his explanations. A true professional. The entire environment was very professional and friendly. We will go back to Royal for our next car; they made us believers that buying/leasing a car doesn't have to be a terrible experience. Kudos to the company for hiring and keeping professionals that listen to the customer. More

Kim was very friendly and helpful to us explaining all the new features of the car to us. She took us on a test drive which let us know how the car handled and rode. SHe worked with us to come to an agreement. The whole relationship was very pleasant. Our experiences with Royal go back to when we bough our first Buick a 1994 Regal Sport Coupe. Some unexpected mechanical issues with my previous vehicle caused me to shop, so I was anxious and apprehensive about the whole process. From the very moment I stepped foot onto the Royal car lot I felt at ease, and I was given true VIP treatment. Tim patiently helped me browse through different car choices on the lot and Kim assisted me in my ultimate decision to purchase a new Buick. Kim did a thorough job explaining the features of the vehicle I was interested in and handled my barrage of questions like a pro! She worked tirelessly to ensure I was given the best deal possible (and it was a better deal than I ever expected). Royal Treatment We were treated as if we were purchasing the "Top of the line vehicle at the top of the line price" even though our purchase was used and not one of " We were treated as if we were purchasing the "Top of the line vehicle at the top of the line price" even though our purchase was used and not one of "Royal's" Brand names. We are an "older" couple and have never experienced the type of SUPERB presentation and automobile buying procedure accomplished by our salesman (Derek) and the staff at Royal. Derek was so very professional and helpful. The time he spent explaining our vehicles operation after all the business procedures and paperwork was done (which Paul was a great help too) was above and beyond the call of duty. Thank You Royal! She did a great job pointing out the features of the vehicles that I test drove. Rachel assisted with the paperwork and showing me the service department. Royal has very courteous employees from sales through appraisal, finance (Paul Juell) and service (various people). George did a great job showing me the ins and outs of the vehicle. We all have our good and bad days and we may have caught our dealer on a bad one. I am a firm believer in treating the customer with respect and genuine interest, that is not what we received. We went in without the intention of purchasing but fell in love with our Acadia and decided to purchase it. We are happy overall with our purchase. I would like to add that the service department was on point and extremely friendly. Manager Marty had impeccable customer service skills and I am happy to say we will return to the service department to have our vehicle maintained in the future. More
