Our previous dealership experiences have been dreadful - they were always filled with angst, being treated terribly by the high-pressure salesperson, and the yearning desire to fling myself into rush hour freeway traffic. Not today!! Tim Funderburg was our salesman and did an excellent job guiding us into the vehicle we were most comfortable with. No smooth talking sales pitches, no feeling pressured into buying something we didn't want, no employees treating us like roadkill. Overall it was a calm, fun experience. And we love the car we ended up purchasing. Next time we're in the market for another vehicle, we would absolutely revisit Royal and work with Tim again. Thank you Tim, for making what could have been a nightmare a most excellent experience instead! Did I mention we LOVE our car? :) More

Cadillac I love the car. I was disappointed in the dealership. They raved about the "Cadillac" service. The unisex bathroom was not what I expected. I pref I love the car. I was disappointed in the dealership. They raved about the "Cadillac" service. The unisex bathroom was not what I expected. I prefer a women's separate bathroom which is free of drips, and has soap. My salesman was a nice guy but needs to tighten up his service. After already driving the car, financing and insurance were in place.....it took 6 hours to complete the transaction....when we had to cancel our evening plans, he said oh, I didn't know you had plans!! There was no respect of the value of our time. The Surface Science I purchased..is taking almost a month to get because the dealership cannot book it sooner. More
