As part of our 'due diligence,' we decided to evaluate GM SUVs. I contacted Royal and was directed to Derek Derkens. We chatted briefly over the phone and set up an appointment. I am a retired executive at a software company that ran sales and marketing; selling products & services in 19 states. I must commend Derek for his sales skills: he took the time to understand our needs and match our needs to a GMC SUV. He also demonstrated the features of most importance to us. Result: we purchased a 2017 GMC Acadia! More

When we traveled to Tuscon to see the XT5's Kim was great. She took us on a test drive & went over all the features & color options. When we returned to Royal Cadillac to take possession of our beautiful XT5, which had to be delivered to Royal Cadillac a few days later, Kim had everything in order. Rudest Dealership! The General Manager that is over the Royal family is the most unprofessional person I have ever come across. Kevin Cravo was trying to bully me into The General Manager that is over the Royal family is the most unprofessional person I have ever come across. Kevin Cravo was trying to bully me into a car purchase. I wasn't finding a car that I was ready to purchase. I drove one home for the weekend at their request. The vehicle did not work out. My sales person called and told me about another vehicle they thought might work for me., I explained that a $30,000 is a large purchase for me and I needed to be sure. When I told them it was out of my budget Kevin became very irritated and told me that they had done everything to try and find me a car (after 2 cars). That it would be best if we parted ways and I should look elsewhere. I would not trust Royal dealerships. I found after dealing with two of the "Royal" dealerships that I was lied to and they could not be trusted. I went to Subaru of Tucson and was treated kindly and professionally. I made a good choice in a dealership and in a car. Look up Trent Nichols. Happy car hunting! More
