At first good then horrific ! Really. Those smiles are fake Buick Royal is the worst dealership I have ever worked with in my life. I have worked with Royal Kia, Isuzu, Land Rover; all fantastic ! I believe Buick Royal is the worst dealership I have ever worked with in my life. I have worked with Royal Kia, Isuzu, Land Rover; all fantastic ! I believe the employees who work at a place reflect their manager, owner ( who only shows up once in a while). Manager, polished, but a yes man to his company. Bryan does not care about customers or quality of service. He collects his pay, schmoozes, and goes home happy. I was on a highway with my son with special needs, I bought the Encore because I wanted reliability. I called them and various departments hung up on me. Something had shown up on the dash. It's really a long story. They say it's fixed now. I raised my voice , I was driving and I was panicking. They were horrible to me!!! Over and over and hung up on me many times. When I brought it in for service the receptionists, one was as rude as she could be to me; while the other ate in front of me and stared at me. Not one person apologized to me for what my son and I had experienced in the car. If I were you I'd go to a dealership in Phoenix. They are very service oriented and polite. One dealership changed their music for me, Stephen the salesperson, at the Infiniti Scottsdale. The other great dealership is Royal Land Rover/Jaguar dealership in Tucson that has the best service manager ever; John Farinsky. They are lucky! More

Purchase of '17 Acadia from Derek My husband & I recently moved to the Tucson area and were seeking a new vehicle. We were fairly certain that we would purchase a 2017 Ford Edge. As part of our 'due diligence,' we decided to evaluate GM SUVs. I contacted Royal and was directed to Derek Derkens. We chatted briefly over the phone and set up an appointment. I am a retired executive at a software company that ran sales and marketing; selling products & services in 19 states. I must commend Derek for his sales skills: he took the time to understand our needs and match our needs to a GMC SUV. He also demonstrated the features of most importance to us. When we traveled to Tuscon to see the XT5's Kim was great. She took us on a test drive & went over all the features & color options. When we returned to Royal Cadillac to take possession of our beautiful XT5, which had to be delivered to Royal Cadillac a few days later, Kim had everything in order.
