Cadillac I love the car. I was disappointed in the dealership. They raved about the "Cadillac" service. The unisex bathroom was not what I expected. I pref I love the car. My salesman was a nice guy but needs to tighten up his service. After already driving the car, financing and insurance were in place.....it took 6 hours to complete the transaction....when we had to cancel our evening plans, he said oh, I didn't know you had plans!! There was no respect of the value of our time. The Surface Science I purchased..is taking almost a month to get because the dealership cannot book it sooner. More
