DEFECTIVE GLOW PLUGS THE VEHICLE THAT WAS TAKN INTO THW DEALER WAS A 2012 GMC SIERRA 2500HD CREW CAB WITH THE ENGINE CHECK LIGHT ON. THE PROBLEM WAS DIAGNOSED AS DEFECTIV THE VEHICLE THAT WAS TAKN INTO THW DEALER WAS A 2012 GMC SIERRA 2500HD CREW CAB WITH THE ENGINE CHECK LIGHT ON. THE PROBLEM WAS DIAGNOSED AS DEFECTIVE GLOW PLUG, THIS IS THE THIRD GLOW PLUG THAT HAS BEEN REPLACED SINCE MARCH. THE DEALER WAS VERY PROMPT AT MAKING REPAIRS. I FELT THAT HE DID EVERY THING HE COULD TO SATISFY ME. THE REPAIRS FOR ALL 3 GLOW PLUGS WERE MADE NO CHARGE TO ME. WHAT MORE COULD I ASK FOR? MAJOR CONCERN IS HOW MANY MORE GLOW PLUGS WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED AND HOW LONG WILL THERE BE NO CHARGE TO ME? I GIVE THE DEALER HIGH MARKS FOR THE COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER DEALING WITH ME.
