She took time to show us vehicles in side-by-side comparison, and allowed us to test drive them without the typical high pressure approach. When it came time to crunch the numbers, sales manager Mike Sitzman was honest, fair and very easy to work with. The showroom was exceptionally well-maintained and the rest of the "crew" was very courteous and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this dealership and their approach to finding a new or pre-owned vehicle. More

She listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle and showed us those that had features we were interested in. She was knowledgeable about all the vehicles we looked at and was very patient in answering all our questions. She was responsive to specific items desired and took a lot of time demonstrating all the features of the Cadillac SRX we purchased. Awesome Experience- Thank you Derrek It's been years since I've purchased a car from a dealership due to a horrific experience. I was reluctant to even entertain the thought of going thro It's been years since I've purchased a car from a dealership due to a horrific experience. I was reluctant to even entertain the thought of going through that ordeal again. As my husband I began to search for used vehicles again, one captured our attention. I was hesitant at first but my husband talked me into it. I could not have been more please and put at ease. Our sales rep. Derrek was amazing. No pressure kind of guy. Was not pushy, was calmed and did an amazing job in sharing their philosophy at Royal Buick. He allowed us to test out the vehicle for a day with no strings attached. We ended up purchasing the vehicle and was further pleased as the time he took to go over the features of the vehicle, even helped us with setting up the On-Star system. We felt that we were the only customers in the entire place. As we went through the features we noticed a small rip on one of the seats, I brought it to his attention and mentioned he would look into it for us. At that point he didn't have to say anything, given that we had already purchased the car, but in true customer-satisfaction fashion, he continued to take care of us.
