Our previous dealership experiences have been dreadful - they were always filled with angst, being treated terribly by the high-pressure salesperson, and the yearning desire to fling myself into rush hour freeway traffic. Not today!! Tim Funderburg was our salesman and did an excellent job guiding us into the vehicle we were most comfortable with. No smooth talking sales pitches, no feeling pressured into buying something we didn't want, no employees treating us like roadkill. Overall it was a calm, fun experience. And we love the car we ended up purchasing. Next time we're in the market for another vehicle, we would absolutely revisit Royal and work with Tim again.
