DEFECTIVE GLOW PLUGS THE VEHICLE THAT WAS TAKN INTO THW DEALER WAS A 2012 GMC SIERRA 2500HD CREW CAB WITH THE ENGINE CHECK LIGHT ON. THE PROBLEM WAS DIAGNOSED AS DEFECTIV THE VEHICLE THAT WAS TAKN INTO THW DEALER WAS A 2012 GMC SIERRA 2500HD CREW CAB WITH THE ENGINE CHECK LIGHT ON. THE PROBLEM WAS DIAGNOSED AS DEFECTIVE GLOW PLUG, THIS IS THE THIRD GLOW PLUG THAT HAS BEEN REPLACED SINCE MARCH. THE DEALER WAS VERY PROMPT AT MAKING REPAIRS. I FELT THAT HE DID EVERY THING HE COULD TO SATISFY ME. THE REPAIRS FOR ALL 3 GLOW PLUGS WERE MADE NO CHARGE TO ME. WHAT MORE COULD I ASK FOR? MAJOR CONCERN IS HOW MANY MORE GLOW PLUGS WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED AND HOW LONG WILL THERE BE NO CHARGE TO ME? I GIVE THE DEALER HIGH MARKS FOR THE COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER DEALING WITH ME. Great experience I drove 140 miles to drive a unique used Cadillac. I made an appointment and they promised to have the car ready when I arrived. They did! I was immed I drove 140 miles to drive a unique used Cadillac. I made an appointment and they promised to have the car ready when I arrived. They did! I was immediately greeted and put with the right person to assist me. Cort went with me on an extensive road test and was very professional, polite and patient with me and my wife. We discovered at the last minute that the vehicle was a different model than anticipated (4 wd vs. 2wd) and was not exactly what I sought. There was no pressure to buy something else and they were very respectful of my decision to not buy. If it had been 2wd it would be in my garage right now! I look forward to working with Cort and Derek in the future when the right car comes along. More

She was a great listener and tailored the sell to exactly what we wanted. There was no pressure, which was a relief. Her initial bottom line price let us know up front what we would pay, no haggling with other managers..which was nice. Even when the decision to buy was made, she got paperwork rushed through to meet the other commitment we had for the day. We recommend Patty should you be in market for another vehicle. More
