He called me back immediately from the message I had left on the website. Because I select the car last in the negotiations, most salespersons cannot or will not work this way. Unlike other dealerships, Royal employees came to me for each step in the process. My wife hates to go to dealerships. Derek made the experience very enjoyable for her. She drove the car, signed some papers and was on her way. I took care of the remaining details. I plan to check with Derek when my lease is up in 2019. More

Inappropriate brake evaluation We requested an oil change and multi-point inspection on a used car that we purchased from a private party. The report only included tire pressure, t We requested an oil change and multi-point inspection on a used car that we purchased from a private party. The report only included tire pressure, tread depth and brake condition. The brake condition report indicated 2 mm on the rear brakes that requires immediate attention which we were not informed of when we picked up the vehicle. We took the car to a different auto center for a brake inspection and found the rear brakes still have 50% life. More

Chris Savastano (service advisor) and Josh Dewitt (mechanic) were extremely helpful, patient, intelligent and honest in providing options and costs to repair the problem. I really felt respected and valued as a customer and treated like a friend. The service advisor - mechanic relationship was so in sync and transparent...far superior to what I have witnessed at many other dealer/service repair centers. I couldn't recommend Chris, Josh and Royal Buick GMC stronger. This is an excellent team. More

Patty did not approach with an overbearing sales pitch but rather with genuine courtesy and and offer to help or answer questions if needed. By the time of my final purchase signing, I felt the process to be smooth and effortless. Patty helped my understand the car and all its many computer components and made herself available to me in the future if I should need a refresher course as well. I will most definitely return to Royal Buick for my next car purchase. More
