My auto saleswoman, Sarah M., Was beyond delightful, knowledgeable in the vehicles and very good at social interactions to pass the boring time while Banks hash out numbers. The finance team worked very hard to get me the absolute best interest rate possible, and succeeded with grand flair. This is my second vehicle from Royal, and I love my new GMC Sierra Elevation! They brought the cars I had told them about and test drove 2 of them before I came to the final decision. Ryan sat down with all of us and helped me immensely through my first new car purchase. She was also very patient with me as she demonstrated and explained the Encore's technology. I would like to comment that I have trusted Royal Buick since July 2015 when I leased a 2015 Verano.
