Josh’s thorough inspection and diagnostic skills enabled him to know the exact steps to take in order to resolve the 8L90 8-Speed Transmission shifting issue. When I picked up my truck, Josh articulated the problem and the steps he took to resolve the issues. He went so far as to explain potential symptoms to monitor in the future, took the time to make sure I thoroughly understood the issues/diagnosis, and ensured I was completely satisfied with the results.
