And upon my initial visit to the Royal Buick store at the auto mall it made me 100% sure on trading in my old Regal and joining the countless others who look to Royal Automotive to purchase. Royal Buick GMC of Tucson is completely dedicated to the customer experience! It was enjoyable from start to finish. First timer I had to get a new (to me) car recently when mine was totalled in an accident. After looking at several sites (the usual, carmax, car guru, etc.) I ke I had to get a new (to me) car recently when mine was totalled in an accident. After looking at several sites (the usual, carmax, car guru, etc.) I kept seeing this other car showing up as being at Royal. I go to Royal's website and I only see this white Cadillac and not the gray one. I call and get Sean who tells me the gray one sold but the white one is still there and would I like to come see it. I tell him I'll be there at lunch time for a test drive. Extended test drive for the evening to ensure my wife likes it. Next day I'm signing paperwork at lunch and driving it back to work. Sean took care of returning the rental I had been using and even helped me out getting my belongings out of it. Loving the car and absolutely loved the service. More

Even my Engineer friend was amazed When a friend of mine said, "Bet you were glad Pete was with you." I had to say, 'Yes, Pete was thoroughly entertained." Pete even had to remark after finding out how old you were, Ryan, "Yikes," he said, "Ryan is exactly half my age." We were both swooped into the 21st Century on the 13th; my driveable vehicle is a manual 1997 Ford Ranger! The XT5 feels secure, unlike many of my other vehicles. But, when I backed up into my 1/2 circle driveway, I bumped into the split rail fence post and was sad to see how much damage I had done. I brought the XT5 home on the 13th, delivered it to the Paint and Body Shop in town, and will be able to pick it up this week, I hope. There goes my $250.00 deductible to fix the damage to the back passenger side door. Yes, I do love the XT5 [2017] and I had to get the damage fixed. My friend, Pete, was mesmerized by all the complications of buying a vehicle without any information on hand...that is, on my hand, he remarked, "I didn't know all this--borrowing the down payment via the phone, getting qualifies on the phone, getting insurance coverage via the phone, all via the phone and the Internet." That's because my friend Pete just gabs a handful of thousands and buys a car just like he buys a head of lettuce in Safeway. Thank you, Ryan, for your gentlemanly attention and listening to my desires. I never felt pushed and so you gained my confidence. It was a good thing. I was wondering, however, how old will you be when I can trade the XT5 in for a smaller model Cadillac? I am thinking...six or eight years, probably. See you then! Thanks a bunch...oh, yes, the beautiful dozen and one [13] deep red roses made it to the vase before they expired. Pete was once more impressed with these little extra touches. My friend, Pete, thinks he is a frugal and simple man; on the other hand, he would surprise himself to know how impressed he was with my purchase of the XT5 on 13 September 2018 from Ryan Lapotosky.
