Ryan was very knowledgeable about each vehicle I looked at and was patient when I went from new to used cars, SUVs to sedans (and back again), and from Buick to Cadillac. Once the decision was made, Ryan made the paperwork a painless experience and it took much less time than our previous experiences. The customer service after purchase (for someone who is not very tech savy) was exceptional! Ryan preset my accounts, OnStar, Sirrius radio, and driver seat selections all before I left the lot. They also have someone who will come to my home to set up my garage door opener and show me how to use the rest of the tech in my vehicle. This was a great buying experience with a great team. More
